An alert was issued on Tuesday as detectives seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating a man who allegedly exposed himself and touched a teen girl.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Police, at approximately 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, officers were called to the 11000 block of Veirs Mill Road at the Wheaton Metro bus turnaround for the report of a sexual assault inside of a Ride On bus.
The teenage victim stated that the suspect was approximately 6-feet tall, wearing a red Washington Nationals cap, gray shorts, and a Winnie the Pooh shirt featuring the bear on a honey pot with the words “Very Good at Doing Absolutely Nothing” surrounding him..
Following the incident, the suspect got off the bus at Connecticut Avenue and University Boulevard West. It remains under investigation, and detectives are concerned there could be additional victims who have not contacted the department.
